- 1 medium Yellow onion(diced)
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)

- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 28 ounce can Fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 10 oz Fresh okra(stem trimmed, halved)
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce(or to taste)
- 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
- 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
