Nauru Spam and Corned Beef Fried Rice

- 200 g Spam(diced)
- 200 g Corned beef(diced)

- 1 medium Carrots(diced)
- 0.5 cup Peas(frozen or fresh)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 large Eggs(lightly beaten)

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the diced Spam and corned beef and cook until browned and slightly crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
