- 2 kg Baking potatoes(peeled and thinly sliced)
- 300 g Polish Smoked Kielbasa(thinly sliced)
- 2 Large onions(thinly sliced (rings))
- 150 ml Heavy cream
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp Oil(for frying)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 200 g Gouda cheese(sliced)

In a pan, fry the sliced onions in 2 tbsp of oil until golden brown. Remove from pan and place in a large bowl.

In the same pan, fry the sliced kielbasa for about 5 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and add to the bowl with the onions.

Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl with the onions and kielbasa.

In a small container, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, and black pepper.

Grease a 20 cm x 30 cm (8 in x 11 in) baking dish. Place 1/3 of the potato mixture into the dish. Top with half of the Gouda cheese slices.
