- 100 ml Double cream

- 1 kg Potatoes(Maris Piper or King Edward, peeled and quartered)
- 50 g Butter(for mashing)
- 50 ml Milk(for mashing)
- 50 g Cheddar cheese(grated, for topping (optional))
