Serbian Chicken and Vegetable Stew with Paprika

- 1 kg Chicken thighs(boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 large Onions(chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 2 medium Bell peppers(any color, chopped)
- 2 medium Carrots(peeled and sliced)
- 500 g Potatoes(peeled and cubed)
- 400 g Tomatoes(canned diced, or fresh chopped)
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Hot paprika(optional, adjust to taste)
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
