In a large bowl, combine the grated breadfruit, flour, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, curry powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a thick batter.

Once the oil is hot, carefully drop spoonfuls of the breadfruit batter into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.
