  • 500 g Turnip (jicama)(shredded)
  • 1 piece Carrots(shredded)
  • 4 cloves Garlic(chopped)
  • 2 qty Shallots(chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dried shrimps(soaked and chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Sweet bean sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sambal chili(optional)
  • 4-5 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup Bean sprouts(blanched)
  • 1/2 cup Fried shallots
  • 1 qty Boiled eggs(chopped)
  • 3/4 cup Crushed peanuts
