- 1 kg Sweet potatoes(grated (about 1kg))
- 500 ml Coconut milk
- 200 g Brown sugar(adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter(melted, for greasing the pan)
