- 4 tbsp Sesame paste
- 4 tbsp Hot water
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Black vinegar(or rice vinegar)
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic(finely minced)
- 1 medium Cucumber(julienned)
- 1/2 medium Carrot(julienned)
- 2 large Eggs(for omelet, optional)
- 1 cup Bean sprouts(blanched, optional)

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking. Toss with a little sesame oil if desired.
