  • 50 g Unsalted butter, melted (for serving)
  • 150 g Sour cream (for serving)

  • For a richer dough, you can substitute half of the water with milk.
  • If cherries are very tart, you may need to increase the sugar.
  • Varenyky can be boiled from frozen; add a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
