🧂 Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter(or almond butter)
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- pinch Sea salt(to taste or as shown)
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Chocolate chips(for mixing in and topping, to taste or as shown)
- Cooking spray or oil(for greasing baking dish)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin.

Add the 1/2 cup oats, 1 medium banana, 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter), 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of sea salt, 1/4 cup almond milk, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon to a blender.

Blend all ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and the oats are fully incorporated.

Stir a desired amount of chocolate chips into the blended batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Top with additional chocolate chips, as desired.
