- Salt(to taste or as shown)
- Lime juice(from 1/2 lime, for marinade)
- Avocado oil(to taste or as shown)
- Soy sauce(to taste or as shown)
- Sesame oil(to taste or as shown)
- Brown sugar(to taste or as shown)
- Kewpie mayonnaise(for Bang Bang sauce)
- Sweet chili sauce(for Bang Bang sauce)
- Sriracha(for Bang Bang sauce, to taste)
- Lime juice(from 1/2 lime, for Bang Bang sauce)
- Green onion(sliced, for garnish)

Cut boneless, skinless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with smoked paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, white pepper, black pepper, salt, lime juice, avocado oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Massage all ingredients into the chicken until well coated.

Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for as long as desired.

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.

Place the skewered chicken in an air fryer basket and cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.

While the chicken cooks, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by combining Kewpie mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
