Bahamian Grilled Lobster Tails

- 4 large Bahamian Lobster Tails
- 0.25 cup Butter(melted)
- 0.25 cup Lemon juice(freshly squeezed)
- 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)

- 1 tsp Paprika
- 0.25 tsp Dried Thyme
- 0.25 tsp Dried Parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive oil(for brushing grill)

Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise, through the top of the shell. Gently spread the shell to expose the meat.

Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell-side down. Grill for 5-6 minutes.
