- 100 g Walnuts(chopped)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon

- 1 tbsp Lemon juice

For the dough: In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft, pliable dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling: In a separate bowl, toss the sliced apples with brown sugar, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Divide the dough into two equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion into a thin circle, about 30-35 cm in diameter.
