  • 400 ml Coconut milk(full fat)
  • 1 medium Onion(chopped)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)

  • 1/2 whole Scotch bonnet pepper(seeds removed, or finely chopped for more heat)
  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger(grated)
  • 2 sprigs Thyme
  • 2 stalks Scallions(chopped)
