- 3 medium Carrots(peeled and diced)
- 2 medium Celery stalks(diced)
- 1 large Bell pepper(any color, diced)
- 3 medium Potatoes(peeled and cubed)
- 400 g Tomatoes(canned diced, or 4 fresh tomatoes, chopped)
- 1.5 l Vegetable broth
- 150 g Green beans(trimmed and cut)
- 100 g Peas(fresh or frozen)
- 1 medium Zucchini(diced)
- 100 ml Bors (fermented wheat bran)(or lemon juice to taste)
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill(chopped)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley(chopped)

- to taste Black pepper
