  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil(divided)
  • 0.5 cup White wine(optional)
  • 2 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried savory (chubritsa) or thyme
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt(to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
