  • 3 medium Potatoes(peeled and cut into 1.5-inch chunks)
  • 2 medium Chayote squash(peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch chunks)
  • 2 ears Corn on the cob(cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1 cup Green beans(trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1 bunch Cilantro(stems and leaves, divided)
