  • 6 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 2 tbsp Achiote powder or paste(for color and flavor)
  • 0.5 cup Prunes(pitted and chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Green beans(chopped)
  • 1 medium Potatoes(peeled and diced)

  • 12-16 large Banana leaves(wilted over flame or hot water)
