  • 1 small Scotch bonnet pepper(whole or finely minced (adjust to spice preference))
  • 3 sprigs Thyme sprigs
  • 3 stalks Scallions(chopped)
  • 1 tsp All-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 0.5 cup Water or fish stock
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
