- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 medium Carrots(diced)
- 1/2 cup Green peas(fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup Corn kernels(fresh or frozen)
