Kyrgyz Beef Patties

- 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill(chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped)
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil(for frying)

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Shape the mixture into small, flattened patties, about 1-inch thick.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
