  • 100 g Mushrooms(sliced)
  • 100 g Baby corn(sliced)
  • 150 g Bok choy(chopped)
  • 1 Onion(finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger(grated or minced)
  • 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp White wine (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch(mixed with 2 tbsp cold water)
  • 200 ml Water
