  • 2 medium Bell peppers(any color, deseeded and chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 sprigs Thyme sprigs
  • 1 leaf Bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.25 tsp Chili flakes(or to taste)
  • 150 ml Chicken broth
  • Salt(to taste)
  • Black pepper(to taste)
  • Fresh coriander(chopped, for garnish)
