- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 g Breadcrumbs(panko or regular)
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme(finely chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic(minced)
