Namibian Fish and Okra Curry

- 1 tbsp Ginger(grated)

- 400 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 400 ml Coconut milk(full-fat)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 cup Fresh coriander(chopped, for garnish)

Season the fish chunks with salt.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sautรฉ until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
