Namibian Wild Spinach and Millet Porridge

- 4 cups Water
- 500 g Wild spinach (Ombidi)(fresh, washed and roughly chopped)
- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

In a medium saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sautรฉ until softened, about 5 minutes.
