Macedonian Skara with Vegetables

- 800 g Pork shoulder or lamb leg(cut into 1.5-inch cubes)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano

- 2 large Bell peppers (various colors)(cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 large Red onions(cut into wedges)
- 1 medium Zucchini(cut into 1-inch thick rounds)
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes

In a bowl, combine pork or lamb cubes with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably longer in the refrigerator.
