- 3 cups Water(for cooking lentils)
- 1/2 medium Red onion(finely chopped)
- 2 medium Tomatoes(diced)
- 1 medium Cucumber(diced)
- 1/2 medium Green bell pepper(diced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley(chopped)
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped)
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
