👨🍳 Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2
Place one stick of butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish and melt it in the preheating oven.
- 3
While the butter melts, pick the meat off one rotisserie chicken and shred it.
- 4
Once the butter is melted, carefully remove the dish from the oven and pour the shredded chicken into the pan. Stir to combine with the butter.
- 5
Evenly spread a 10 oz bag of frozen vegetables on top of the chicken.
- 6
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to taste.
- 7
Spread 8 oz of grated cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables.
- 8
In a separate bowl, mix together one packet of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (including its seasoning packet) with 2 cups of milk until well combined.
- 9
Pour the biscuit mixture over the top of the dish. Do not mix it into the other layers.
- 10
In another bowl, mix together one can of cream of mushroom soup with 2 cups of chicken broth.
- 11
Pour the soup mixture over the top of the entire dish. Again, do not mix it.
- 12
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the biscuit crust is golden brown and the mixture is bubbly.
- 13
Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 20 minutes before serving to allow it to set. Serve hot and enjoy.
