- Flour(to taste or as shown)
- Salt(to taste or as shown)
- Chives(for garnish, to taste or as shown)
- Oil(for deep frying, to taste or as shown)

Peel and chop a potato into small pieces.

Boil the potato pieces in water until tender.

Drain the boiled potatoes and mash them using a potato ricer or masher.

Transfer the mashed potatoes to a bowl and add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll the potato dough into a log and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.

Use a fork to press a design onto each piece of potato dough.
