  • 1/2 medium Bell pepper(chopped)
  • 2 medium Carrots(peeled and diced)
  • 2 medium Potatoes(peeled and diced)
  • 8 cups Chicken broth or water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Corn masa harina(optional, for thickening)
  • 1/4 cup Water(if using masa harina)
