👨🍳 Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pour cherry tomatoes into a baking dish.
- 2
Drizzle the tomatoes generously with olive oil.
- 3
Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- 4
Place a block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish, nestled among the tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and sprinkle with black pepper.
- 5
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the tomatoes have burst and the feta cheese is soft and lightly golden.
- 6
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Using a fork, mash the roasted tomatoes and feta cheese together until they form a creamy sauce.
- 7
Add minced fresh garlic and chopped fresh basil to the sauce and mix well.
- 8
Add the cooked pasta directly into the baking dish with the sauce.
- 9
Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy tomato-feta sauce.
