  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 inch piece Ginger(grated)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme(dried)
