  • 1 Large onion(Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro(Finely chopped)
  • 2 Green chilies(Finely chopped (adjust to spice preference))
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder(Optional, for color and subtle flavor)
