- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 tsp Ginger(freshly grated)
- 100 g Peanut butter(smooth or crunchy)
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 100 ml Chicken broth
- 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes(optional, for heat)
- 2 tbsp Cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
- 2 tbsp Peanuts(chopped, for garnish)

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove chicken and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes (if using) until smooth.
