Potato and Cheese Pie

- 1 large Onion(finely chopped)
- 200 g Feta cheese(crumbled)
- 150 g Kajmak or Sour Cream
- 3 large Eggs
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground, or to taste)
- 1 tsp Vegeta or other seasoning
- 100 ml Water(for brushing dough)
- 10 sheets Phyllo dough or thin pie crusts
