  • 0.25 cup Ghee or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1-2 tsp Red chili powder(adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2-3 cups Water(or as needed)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh coriander(chopped, for garnish)
  • 2-3 Green chilies(slit, for garnish)
