  • 6 cups Water(plus more if needed)
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp Ground fenugreek (hilbeh)
  • 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves(chopped, plus more for garnish)
  • 1 piece Green chili pepper(optional, for heat)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
