🧂 Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon Hot water
- Ice cubes(as needed)
- Milk(to taste or as shown)

Combine brown sugar, instant coffee granules, and hot water in a mug or small bowl.

Using a handheld frother or whisk, vigorously whip the mixture until it becomes light, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks.

Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.

Pour milk into the glass over the ice, filling it to your desired level.

Carefully spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
