🧂 Ingredients
- Spaghetti(as shown)
- Salt(for pasta water and to taste for sauce)
- 3-4 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 bunch Green onions(chopped, separate white and green parts)
- Oil(for cooking)
- Gochujang paste(to taste or as shown)
- Half-and-half cream(to taste or as shown)
- Black pepper(to taste)
- Parmesan cheese(grated, to taste or as shown)
- Chili oil(for garnish, to taste)

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.

While the pasta cooks, mince the garlic cloves and chop the green onions, separating the white and green parts.

In a pan, heat some cooking oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and the white parts of the chopped green onions to the pan and sauté for a bit until fragrant.

Stir in the gochujang paste, half-and-half cream, salt, and black pepper. Grate in some Parmesan cheese.

Continue to cook the sauce on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency.

Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it directly into the sauce in the pan. Toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated.
