  • 3 pods Cardamom pods

  • 2 tbsp Roasted curry powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder(or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind paste(diluted in 2 tbsp water)
