- Garlic Powder(to taste)
- Onion Powder(to taste)
- Smoked Paprika(to taste)
- Salt(to taste)
- 1/2 Diced Onion(for the mince)
- 4 Mini Tortillas
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- Lettuce(shredded, for topping)
- Diced Onion(for topping)
- Diced Pickles(for topping)
- 80 g Burger Sauce(20g per taco)
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
- 1
Place 180g of extra lean beef mince into a bowl. Season with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt to taste.
- 2
Add half a diced onion to the seasoned mince. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then form the mixture into 4 equal balls.
- 3
Take 4 mini tortillas. Press 45g of the seasoned beef mince mixture evenly and thinly onto one side of each tortilla.
- 4
Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Place a tortilla, meat-side down, into the hot pan and cook for about 1 minute, pressing down firmly with a spatula or burger press.
- 5
Flip the tortilla over so the meat side is facing up. Cook for another minute to crisp the bottom of the tortilla.
- 6
Place one slice of cheddar cheese on top of the cooked meat patty. Cover the pan with a lid to help the cheese melt quickly.
- 7
Once the cheese is melted, transfer the Big Mac taco to a plate. Repeat steps 4-6 for the remaining tortillas.
- 8
Top each taco with shredded lettuce, diced onion, diced pickles, and drizzle with 20g of burger sauce.
