  • 150 g Long grain rice
  • 3 tbsp Plain flour
  • 750 g Greek yogurt(full fat recommended)
  • 6 large Eggs(beaten)
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg(freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground, or to taste)
  • 450 ml Water(boiling)
