  • 1/4 cup Cilantro(chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cumin

  • to taste Black pepper
  • 300 g Fish (corvina, tuna, or similar firm white fish)(cut into chunks)
  • 5-6 large Banana leaves(wilted)
