- 1 large Onion(chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 inch piece Ginger(grated)

- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 500 ml Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Thyme(dried)
- 1 Bay leaf
