  • 1/4 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Oregano

  • For Salsa Roja:
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 1/4 medium Onion
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Jalapeño or serrano pepper(optional, for heat)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
