  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste(Freshly made or store-bought.)
  • 2 Green chilies(Finely chopped. Adjust to your spice preference. Remove seeds for less heat.)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil or Ghee(For sautéing.)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.25 tsp Red chili powder (optional)(For extra heat.)

  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro(Chopped, for garnish.)
