Iraqi Lamb Breakfast Skillet

- 1 large Onion(finely chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Allspice
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes(optional)

- to taste Black pepper
- 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
- 2 stalks Green onions(chopped)
- 0.25 cup Fresh parsley(chopped)
- 4 large Eggs

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sautรฉ until softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
