  • 400 ml Coconut milk(full-fat)
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper(or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1.25 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 40 g Fresh coriander(chopped, for garnish)
